Eur dropped low 1.25 level but the low bottom still higher 1.2510 level.So for new week trading:

Gold is correction to drop,this down move is not strong,so we only do short trade to sell gold

Tổng quan tin tức toàn thị trường: Đảng Dân chủ cầm quyền Mỹ đã tuyên bố công khai gói kích cầu 825 tỷ usd nhằm vực dậy sự ì ạch của nền kinh tế khỏi tình trạng suy thoái với gần 300 tỷ usd dùng để giảm thuế cho các hộ gia đình và doanh nhân.Thứ năm vừa qua,ECB (ngân hàng TƯ châu Âu) cắt 0,5% lãi suất cho vay nhưng chủ tịch Jean- Claude Trichet lặp lại một lần nữa khả năng sẽ cắt giảm tiếp tục vào tháng 3 tới vì nền kinh tế có dấu hiệu suy thoái sâu hơn các dự đoán của ngân hàng.
Thâm hụt thương mại Mỹ hạn chế ở mức 29% vào tháng 11 vừa qua do tình trạng nhập khẩu kém bị tác động bởi sức tiêu dùng suy giảm.Thâm thụt thương mại co thấp hơn mức dự đoán 40,4 tỷ usd so với mức 56,7 tỷ usd của tháng 10.Chỉ số bán lẻ cũng giảm xấu hơn mức dự đoán vào tháng 12 với 2,7% bởi tình trạng thất nghiệp và làm giảm luôn cả lòng tin của thị trường.

Khoảng giữa tháng 11 năm 2008 các nhà lãnh đạo Trung quốc đã cam kết đưa một gói tài trợ 4000 tỷ Yuan nhằm kích thích tạo ra việc làm mới và khắc phục tình trạng suy thoái,các khoản chi tiêu lớn trên chủ yếu giành cho việc xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng.Vào tháng 12 chỉ vài ngày trước lễ giáng sinh,ngân hàng trung ương TQ lại cắt giảm lãi suất lần thứ 5 liên tiếp trong vòng 3 tháng với mức 0,27 % nhằm làm giảm nguy cơ đổ bể các hoạt động thương mại song phương với nhiều đối tác lớn như khối châu Âu,Mỹ và Nhật bản.
Ngay lập tức TQ nhận ra rằng cuộc suy thoái đã xảy ra với họ và việc cố gắng làm mất giá đồng Yuan để làm bước đệm cho sự tăng trưởng chậm hơn vào năm 2009.Cuối tháng 11 năm 2008,các hoạt động xuất khẩu đã lần đầu tiên giảm thấp nhất trong vòng 7 năm qua.Tuy vậy các nhà đầu tư quốc tế vẫn phân chia danh mục đầu tư của họ để cân bằng phần nào các khoản lỗ và trông chờ vào khả năng phục hồi nhanh chóng của TQ trong thập niên tới.
Tại Nga,nền kinh tế gần như suy sụp theo sự tuột dốc không phanh của giá dầu thô thời gian gần đây.Trong khi nền kinh tế phụ thuộc quá nhiều vào giá dầu thô tăng mạnh từ khoảng năm 2000 giúp GDP tăng trưởng nhanh chóng thì sự thịnh vượng là quá đau đớn khi nó trở thành cái bong bóng,nhất là sau khi ngân hàng TƯ Nga cố gắng ủng hộ dự trữ quá nhiều đồng Rup của mình.
Bất chấp việc khối OPEC họp vào đầu tháng 12 vừa qua nhằm cắt giảm sản lượng khai thác dầu thô,giá dầu không có dấu hiệu phục hồi nào thay vào đó nó vẫn tiếp tục rớt sâu.Nhờ có các mỏ dầu nên các nhà làm chính sách tại Nga đã chi dùng 87 tỷ Usd vào quý 2 năm 2008 để ủng hộ đồng Rup của mình trong khi không chấp nhận sự suy thoái của giá dầu đang xảy ra.
Chính phủ Nga dự đoán giá trị dự trữ ròng của họ vào chỉ khoảng 300 tỷ usd vào cuối năm 2009 nếu giá dầu đứng vững ở giá 50usd/1barrel. Trong trường hợp này chúng tôi nghĩ có thể đánh cược vào hai hai trường hợp tốt:
- Thứ nhất dựa trên sự xuất khẩu nhanh các sản phẩm công nghiệp hóa,trường hợp còn lại là dựa vào dự trữ lượng dầu thô khổng lồ.Tuy nhiên ý của chúng tôi điều này chỉ xảy ra khi giá dầu thô phục hồi mức giá trung bình khoảng 75 usd/thùng từ sau quý 2 năm 2009.

Ngay lập tức TQ nhận ra rằng cuộc suy thoái đã xảy ra với họ và việc cố gắng làm mất giá đồng Yuan để làm bước đệm cho sự tăng trưởng chậm hơn vào năm 2009.Cuối tháng 11 năm 2008,các hoạt động xuất khẩu đã lần đầu tiên giảm thấp nhất trong vòng 7 năm qua.Tuy vậy các nhà đầu tư quốc tế vẫn phân chia danh mục đầu tư của họ để cân bằng phần nào các khoản lỗ và trông chờ vào khả năng phục hồi nhanh chóng của TQ trong thập niên tới.
Tại Nga,nền kinh tế gần như suy sụp theo sự tuột dốc không phanh của giá dầu thô thời gian gần đây.Trong khi nền kinh tế phụ thuộc quá nhiều vào giá dầu thô tăng mạnh từ khoảng năm 2000 giúp GDP tăng trưởng nhanh chóng thì sự thịnh vượng là quá đau đớn khi nó trở thành cái bong bóng,nhất là sau khi ngân hàng TƯ Nga cố gắng ủng hộ dự trữ quá nhiều đồng Rup của mình.
